SMALLWOOD, BETHEL - NY

Smallwood is a community originally built with only vacation
cottages and weekend homes.  Over the years, as the homes
were sold and refurbished, they became year-round cottages.
In recent years, new family homes have been built throughout
Smallwood because of location, convenience and proximity to
New York City. Located just 4 miles from Bethel Woods
Performing Arts Center, a few miles from the Monticello Racino,
just minutes from Callicoon, etc. you find yourself in the
heart of the Catskills.

The lake is magnificent, great for a paddle boat, kayak or canoe,
and delightful for swimming.

 There are two lakes within the community, one so small to be best
suited for fishing.  Smallwood also offers a Clubhouse, a swimming
pool, Paddle Ball, Tennis Courts and wonderful hiking trails.

For a good meal and music entertaining on weekends, visit Friends,
an owner operated restaurant featuring a delightful menu from
a variety of specialty burgers to international cuisine. But, you
don't have to live in Smallwood to enjoy a good meal!
